Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow

I got really fustrated with my long flowing hair finally, it was everywhere! When the wind blew, it was in my nose, my eyes and even my ears. Could never get it into the style I wanted because it was too heavy and never stood in place. To make it worst, it's been scorching these past few days, even hotter for us long hairy types (hehe) Now I know how girls feel.

Anyway while attending a meeting at a certain school, it struck me, I want my hair short~! So immediately after work, I popped over to the nearby Monsoon Hair House @ Bugis Junction. I asked for Milcah Gee (my personal hairstylist at Monsoon) and she suggested a brand new look for me complete with a total change in hair colour. My original hair length was shoulder level and my fringe reached my lips. Previous hair colour was violet brown. Milcah thought that a more punk look will help alleviate my mood and perhaps a lighter colour to lighten the atmosphere; I thought that was pure genius.

So it was off with the shoulder length bangs, goodbye fringe, hello short, spikey and absolutely wild hairdo'. To top it off the colorist chose for me a hair dye known as Velvet Blonde, now I'm the splitting image of a golden monkey (haha). I feel like a new man, reborn, rejuvenated...whatever you call it just $135 poorer. Now my only worry is it isn't too much for my boss to handle. (*chuckles)
