3Cs

I apologize to all for the lack of updates not to mention literally no blogging done for almost a month, I think most of you must have known that recent happenings between my girlfriend and I have caused sort of an uproar within this blog, I know that I’m the cause of it all and it was I who caused the commotion, sigh…oh well just to let everyone know everything’s settled =)

My job’s been taking up 80% of my time, working 6 days a week is no joke…but strangely I don’t feel strangulated nor restricted, in fact I’ve been staying back everyday to finish my stories (will post them here whenever I can) the feeling of working on “the other side” is something totally new to me.

Before, I was always on the outside looking in, locked out of the entertainment circle, singing to any of the media’s tunes now the lowly PR execs. are dancing to mine hahaha! Went for 2 press conferences thus far, both had food, and public relations personnel. I went to the Emil Chau and Jonathan Lee PC and Standard Chartered’s Seven rugby thingy.

Got to see Emil in the flesh, though I’m not sure who was his tubby companion – makes no diff, I’m not into M-pop anyway. Took some pics, checked out some Unusual Production babes and gorged myself on the lousy tea reception pastries at the Grand Hyatt – ah…the life of a writer…

The SC PC was better, though I know nuts about the Ozzie sport the cheerleaders present sure made the $6.15 parking fee worth it. The bevy of beauties made me weep, young and nubile…*SLURPZ!!! But what was better was the PR exec present…she was HOT! Well….HOT for an Indian I must say…I was just bowled over. She didn’t need to practise PR, just looking at her would be enough for me to agree to write a 10-page full feature for their event.

Oh did I mention banks probably offer the best variety in breakfast? Good thing I had a light dinner the night before cause the morning PC was filled to the brim with tasty morsels of finger foods. There was California Maki and Seaweed rice rolls, mini pizzas, cheese and mushroom toast, fried noodles, baked potato skins with ham and chicken, chicken satay, fish fingers, mango pudding, fresh fruits and cakes.

Ok that’s about all, been getting myself accustomed to the iMac and OSX, I’m getting used to seeing ToyCar Garage’s Evos, ST Powered monsters, GarageR’s beasts…but getting more gian as well…damnit!!! I want my REX!!!
