Its was one of those idle work days in my office as I was surfing around aimlessly killing time, when I chanced upon SG Forums. Ok I heard of it, my friend introduced it to me way back in army, back then I just read what people posted and laughed at their naivety. I never signed on because I felt it was a load of crap and the people in there were either mentally retarded or just plain desperados.

3 years down the road, and I posting feverishly everyday in Speaker’s corner, in Aunt Agony, in Chit Chat or even in Bar. I never thought posting in forums would be such an excellent time-killer. Reading the ludicrous postings of some pimply tween asking what sex is like is just the brim of subjects I’ve come across.

You got your jilted lover in the Agony channel, crying her cyber-heart out, you got your psychotic perverts in Bar digressing on how they aim to humiliate and demean an imaginary female, your pro-activists campaigning how the latest laws are a conspiracy theory and etc. The list just goes on and on, and topics are always new everyday.

By the way, the forums are a great way to de-stress as well, got pent-up anger you wanna release? Why not flame one unlucky loser online? Pick a topic, disagree with him, call him all kinds of names blah blah blah, there you have it flaming and a one-way ticket to being banned.

My personal fave, slamming some holy-moldy muthafucka called Father_Cuthbert, cause all his posts are pages of the bible and how he badmouths all the other forumites.
